Overnight Oats with Berries

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats
  • 150ml milk or plant-based milk
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, milk, and chia seeds.
  2. Stir in berries and honey.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  4. Enjoy cold in the morning, optionally add nuts or seeds.
